They always forget everything badmmmm

The machines in the store no longer have any vouchers, and oddly enough, ordering via the app does not go through for the second time, although the app confirms it. Things are forgotten, generally a hectic rush with missing but paid orders. Not to mention the increasing rudeness of the staff ... I am more and more disappointed.

I didn't even know that McDonalds also sold fortune cookies.

Completely chaotic, a maddening crowd. Both in the shop and at the car counter. I wanted chocolate shake, it didn't taste like chocolate at all. The drinking straws are abnormal, stick to the lips, taste terrible and swell up in the drink.

Absolute disaster, completely chaotic and hopelessly overwhelmed staff. Waited 25 minutes for three happy meals. During the waiting time, the ice cream that went with it was lying on the counter the whole time and was melting away. The order was also packed incorrectly: three Happy Meals were paid and only got two, because 1x the fries, 1x the nuggets and 1x the toys were missing.

I wanted to have breakfast today. 3 burgers to choose from, nothing more. They had neither toasties nor scrambled eggs. People if you don't want to sell anything then just close your booth. Wouldn't like to give a star at all. Never again!

Typically Mecces .. the smell of fat in the air and questioning looks when you order something .. "please, thank you, good afternoon and goodbye" should be part of the vocabulary, but it's not always that easy when 3 to 4 people standing in line and it suddenly becomes stressful 😅 even if it is not always easy, enough time to say hello and goodbye, you should already have in the catering industry .. is unfortunately not a one-off experience, is unfortunately the norm .. Food is just like everywhere at MC. The employee at the sales counter could take an example from his colleague at the cash desk. Also friendly !!

Wrong orders 2 times. And they took extra money for their own faults. Also casier is insulting you easly and there is no manager to follow situations. Absolutely disaster.

A hopelessly overwhelmed service for order acceptance, checkout and dispensing, probably also for preparation. Save personnel costs, maximize profit - in terms of prices and quality? One can only feel sorry for the employee, despite all the commitment. Next time, prefer local providers. Fairer and better.

Kids love it, I don't it! please mcdonalds come up with something really tastefull or healthy for parents. Just 1 healthy product will do and not just a side salad or something like that but just proper food parents like me digest!
